Priorize Epidemic sobre Death Coil. Use Festering Strike no alvo principal, Scourge Strike quando você tem 6 wounds ou múltiplos alvos com wounds.

3. 3.3. Scourge Strike para explosão AoE de wounds
4. 4.4. Epidemic para gastar Runic Power em AoE
5. 5.5. Unholy Blight se tiver o talent

Para M+ e Raid: Strength > Crit (até ~35%) > Mastery > Versatility > Haste. Após 35% de Crit, Mastery e Vers ficam mais próximos dependendo do gear.
